At Poppypunk we only collect the information we need to run our frog-filled projects and to reply to your messages. This page explains what we gather, why we need it, how long we keep it, and which rights you can exercise at any time.

What data do we collect?

• Contact details (name, e-mail address) when you write to us through the contact form.
• Technical diagnostics such as anonymised IP addresses, browser type, and error logs generated by our site.
• Any voluntary feedback you share about our games or community events.

How do we use it?

We use contact details to respond to support or collaboration requests, and we analyse technical logs to keep the site stable and secure. We never sell your data, never use it for third-party advertising, and only access it on a need-to-know basis within the studio.

How long do we keep it?

Support e-mails and form submissions are stored for up to 12 months so we can track ongoing threads, after which they are securely deleted. Server logs that may contain anonymised IP addresses are rotated or anonymised within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data by contacting us at info@poppypunk.games. We respond to every verified request within 30 days and will let you know once the action is complete.
